CalcBusiness is a small, independent project, and feedback from people who actually use the tools is how it improves. The messages that help most are specific: if a calculator returns a number that looks wrong, tell us the inputs you used and the result you expected. If a tax figure seems out of date, point us to the official source so we can verify and correct it. If a document or PDF export did not look right, describe your browser and what happened.

We also welcome requests for new tools. If there is a calculation you do by hand or in a spreadsheet every week, there is a good chance others do too, and it may be a good candidate to build. Tell us what you are trying to work out and how you currently do it.

We read every message but cannot promise a personal reply to each one, especially for general questions already answered on the relevant tool page. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice by email — the tools give estimates and general information, and decisions with real consequences should be confirmed with a qualified professional.

The contact form sends only what you type into it — your message and, if you choose, a reply address. The calculators and PDF tools themselves run in your browser, so the numbers you enter and the files you open are never sent to us. When you write in, please do not include sensitive personal or financial details; a general description of the problem is enough for us to help.
