What we collect and how we use it

Calculator inputs

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. CalcBusiness does not transmit or store the numbers you enter into calculators on our servers.

Invoice and PDF files

Supported invoice and PDF tools process content locally in your browser. Your files and document contents are not uploaded to CalcBusiness servers by these tools.

Contact messages

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you choose to send. We use it only to respond or improve the service.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 or similar analytics to understand usage, page performance, and errors. Analytics does not include calculator inputs, invoice contents, or PDF file contents.

Cookies and advertising

If advertising is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads. Google's advertising cookies can support personalized ads based on visits across the internet.

Data retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond or maintain basic records. Calculator inputs, invoice drafts, and PDF files are not stored by CalcBusiness.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email support@calcbusiness.com to make a request.

Children

CalcBusiness is designed for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. CalcBusiness minimizes collection by keeping core tool processing browser-first and using HTTPS for site connections.
