CalcBusiness is designed to keep calculator inputs and PDF processing in your browser. We collect as little as possible and are transparent about what we do collect.

What we collect and how we use it

Calculator inputs

All calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser. CalcBusiness does not transmit or store the numbers you enter into any calculator on our servers.

PDF files

PDF tools (merge, split, compress, edit, protect, etc.) process files locally using pdf-lib and pdfjs-dist running in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.

Contact messages

The contact form opens your default email client with a pre-filled address. If you email us directly, we receive the information you include: your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which tools are used, page load performance, and error rates. Analytics data is aggregated and does not include your calculator inputs or file contents.

Cookies and advertising

If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to sites across the internet. You can opt out via Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Data retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond or maintain records. No calculator inputs, PDF files, or session data are stored by CalcBusiness.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email support@calcbusiness.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

CalcBusiness is designed for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Third-party links

Some pages may link to external tools, resources, or partners. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

Security

No online service can guarantee perfect security. We minimize data collection to reduce exposure and rely on HTTPS for all connections to the site.
