Convert HEIC photos
Select original HEIC or HEIF images. Conversion runs locally, one file at a time; a selected image is never uploaded.
JPG quality does not affect PNG output. EXIF and other source metadata are not copied to the converted image. Live Photos and bursts are not converted as video or animation.
The browser must have enough memory for the selected photos. If a very large image fails, choose a smaller copy or reduce its dimensions on your device first. Review the image-converter licence and third-party notices.

The math behind the result
JPG uses a quality setting to trade smaller files for fine image detail. PNG preserves pixel data but can create a much larger file. The resize control limits the long edge without changing the photo’s proportions.

FAQ
Common questions
Are my photos uploaded?
No. CalcBusiness decodes and converts the selected files in your browser. The image bytes and filenames are not sent to the site or included in analytics.
Why are the original photo details missing?
The converter does not copy EXIF or other HEIC metadata into the exported image. This can remove camera details and location metadata; it also means you should check the photo’s orientation and details before using the result.
Can I convert a Live Photo or burst?
This tool exports a still image. It does not preserve the motion part of a Live Photo or convert a burst into an animation.
Why did a file fail?
The browser checks that the file contains HEIC/HEIF image data, not only a matching filename. Very large or damaged files can exceed available device memory; try a smaller copy if conversion fails.
